Jonathan grew up in Cambridgeshire, attending church from a young age and became a Christian in his early 20s, while at university in Birmingham. Jonathan got baptised and married in 2001, a big year! He and his wife, Helen, who is a primary school teacher, moved to Old Town in Swindon in 2008 for Jonathan to work at UFM Worldwide, a mission organisation. Jonathan served on the Diaconate in the role of church secretary for a number of years before joining the Eldership in 2022.
